Amy Bickerton is a seasoned professional in the fields of service design and user experience, currently serving as Service Design Manager at televëda since August 2025. Previously, at Uber from February 2021 to July 2025, Amy held the role of Manager II for Safety Product Design, where oversight of a UX design team led to the successful launch of various innovations in the safety product portfolio. Amy has also contributed to academia as a Senior Adjunct in Interaction Design at California College of the Arts from January 2015 to May 2024, teaching essential courses in the undergraduate program. Other significant roles include Design Research Manager at Dropbox and Senior User Experience Designer at Goodreads, alongside numerous positions focused on user experience design across diverse companies. Amy Bickerton holds a Master’s degree in Communication Planning and Information Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and English, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
