Melany Thompson (Rodriguez) began their work experience in 2007 as a Server at Chili's. In 2009, they joined Starbucks as a Barista and remained there until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Melany worked as a Planters Peanutter- Brand Ambassador and NUTmobile Spokesperson at Kraft Foods Group. In 2015, they started working at TrendKite as an Account Architect, where they helped PR professionals measure brand value and impact. Melany later became a Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually transitioned to the role of Manager of Customer Support. Melany then joined Cision in 2019, continuing their role as a Manager of Customer Support until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Manager of Customer Support at TeleVet, starting in May 2020.
Melany Thompson (Rodriguez) attended The University of Texas-Pan American from 2007 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies.
