Steven Carter

Steven Carter is the current CEO at TeleVet. Prior to that, they worked as a business analyst for Accenture from January 2013 to December 2017. Steven has also worked as a business associate for NanoMed Targeting Systems Inc. from January 2012 to May 2014, and as a controls assistant for Reliable Custom Management, LLC from May 2011 to January 2013. Additionally, Steven has interned for Future Point of View, LLC from January 2011 to January 2012. Steven has experience working with state clients to determine and document requirements for healthcare systems and applications as well as test and maintain them. Steven is skilled in guiding projects through the Systems Development Life Cycle and coordinating with developers to successfully deploy quality products. Steven is also experienced in managing a work queue to see that logged defects and enhancements are worked in a timely manner, and mentoring co-workers on project related tasks or process improvement.

Steven Carter has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Their primary focus was in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, MIS, and Management.
