Marcelo Fumasoni

Marcelo Fumasoni has had an extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Marcelo has held positions in various well-known companies such as TelevisaUnivision, where they served as the VP HR TelevisaUnivision & HR Head ViX. Prior to that, Marcelo was on the Board of Directors at PDA HRtech. Marcelo has also held the position of Head of Human Resources at Microsoft and Chief People Officer at Northern Swan Holdings. Marcelo's previous experience includes roles at Novartis, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Nissan Trading Corporation, and McDonald's.

Marcelo Fumasoni obtained a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from UADE in the years 1989 to 1996. Marcelo then pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, which they completed from 1998 to 2008. Fumasoni later pursued further education at the University of Miami, where they obtained a Master of Science in Professional Management (MSPM) from 2008 to 2009 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Fumasoni has acquired various certifications in coaching, mentoring, high-performing teams, human resources, organizational culture, and talent management from different institutions.
