Raul Torres Ruiz

Raul Torres Ruiz has a diverse work experience in the radio industry. Raul started their career in 1998 at Caribbean Broadcasting, where they worked as a Technical Producer, Disc Jockey, and Announcer until 2001. Raul then joined Spanish Broadcasting System as a Radio Production Director, where they supervised employees, managed relationships between different departments, and implemented sound effects storage systems. Raul also worked as a Freelance Professional Announcer, Actor, and Voice-actor from 2004 to 2012, during which they undertook various projects. Raul later joined Sirius XM Radio Inc. in 2012 as a Bilingual Sports Radio Imaging Producer, responsible for copywriting, announcing, and producing imaging elements for multiple sports channels. Raul then worked at TelevisaUnivision as the Vice President of Production and Imaging for the Radio Division, where they managed and delivered superior station imaging and commercial production services. Throughout their career, Raul has demonstrated strong creativity, organizational skills, and expertise in the radio industry.

Raul Torres Ruiz obtained a Professional Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University in 2019. Raul also completed a short Executive Management program at Nova Southeastern University in 2014. Raul holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology of Media Communications from the University of Puerto Rico, Arecibo, which they completed between 1996 and 2001. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications Technology from United States Jobs updates during the same time period. Prior to their college education, Raul graduated from Colegio Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Hatillo, PR with a High School Diploma. Raul also has certificates of completion in Audio Engineering from EMA Recording and Scriptwriting from PR Film School.
