Julien Waldman

Julien Waldman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Julien started their career as a Consultant at Wavestone, where they worked on projects related to project management and process improvement for BNP Paribas Securities Services and Société Générale Bank and Trust in Luxembourg.

After that, Julien joined BNP Paribas Securities Services as a Business Analyst and later transitioned into the role of a Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of two applications, managing a team of developers, and coordinating with both internal and offshore teams.

Julien then moved on to become a Scrum Master at BNP Paribas Securities Services. Here, they played a key role in implementing the RISE project, which involved the establishment of a new IT platform and operational model. Julien was responsible for ensuring adherence to Agile practices, conducting ceremonies, and managing dependencies with other squads.

Currently, Julien is working as the Head of Delivery at Groupe TF1, where they are responsible for promoting agile practices and improving the quality within product advertising teams.

Throughout their career, Julien has gained expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, process improvement, and team coordination.

Julien Waldman earned an executive certificate in Project Management from CentraleSupélec in 2021. In 2007, they completed a Master's degree in Economics of the Firm and Markets - Business Consulting from Université Paris 13. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe 6 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2024.
