Pragya Nandan

Pragya Nandan currently serves as the Head of Engineering & AI at TVNZ since November 2021, leading teams in software engineering, data engineering, and site reliability engineering while also acting as the tech lead for the AI Center of Excellence. Previous roles include Head of Technology Operations and Customer Domain Lead at Foodstuffs North Island Limited, where Pragya managed multiple squads and vendor teams. Prior experience includes Applications Development Manager at Auckland UniServices Limited, where oversight of a 17-member software development team was provided, and various technical program management positions at companies such as SKY TV New Zealand, Spark New Zealand, and Publicis Sapient. Pragya began a career in software development at Infosys Technologies, contributing to telecommunications and warehouse domains for major clients. Pragya holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
