Jakub Józefowicz has a diverse range of work experience in the media and marketing industry. Jakub began their career in 1996 as a Referent in the Complaint Department at POLCARD. Jakub then worked as a Junior Account Executive at the "Capitol" Advertising Agency for a few months in 1998. Jakub then joined the "Wolne Slowo" Publishing House as a Salesman in the Advertising Department, where they were responsible for preparing special offers, conducting market research, and negotiating with clients and agencies. In 2000, they moved to UPC Broadband as a Premium Channels Marketing Specialist and Sports Marketing Specialist, where they created and implemented marketing campaigns for premium channels and sports events. In 2002, they joined Canal+Cyfrowy as a Loyalty Marketing Specialist and later became a Senior CRM Co-ordinator and Trainer. Jakub then served as the Ale kino+ Brand Manager and CYFRA+ Channels Manager at Canal+ Cyfrowy from 2006 to 2012. Their responsibilities included managing the Ale kino+ brand. After that, Jakub worked at Canal+ Cyfrowy as an Acquisition Specialist for ale kino+ from 2012 to 2014. Finally, they joined Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o. as a Programme Acquisition Manager for TV4 and TV6 channels in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for content selection, viewership analysis, and negotiations with major studios and independent distributors.
Jakub Józefowicz pursued their education starting from 1988 to 1992 at VI L.O. im. Tadeusza Reytana. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's degree in mathematics-physics. Following this, they enrolled at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Jakub obtained their Master's degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
