Sylwester Klepczyński

Sylwester Klepczyński has a diverse work experience in the broadcasting industry. Sylwester started their career in 1999 as a Technician of Emission at ATV, and in 2000, they joined Cyfrowy Polsat where they worked as a Technician of Emission and later became a Shift Manager at the Emission and Transmission Department. In 2001, they briefly worked as a LAN/WAN Administrator at Multiwizja. Since 2005, Sylwester has been associated with Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o., initially working as a Television Studio Engineer, then as an OB Van Engineer, and currently holds the position of Head of Transmission Team / OB Van Engineer.

Sylwester Klepczyński obtained their Master's degree in computer science with a focus on computer networks from the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz. Sylwester attended the university from 1999 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Sylwester Klepczyński has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Sylwester received the Dante Certification Level 2 from Audinate in February 2020. Prior to that, they obtained the Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 2 v 3.0 (ICND2) certification from Centrum Szkolenia Comarch in July 2019, and Interconnecting Cisco Network Devices Part 1 v 3.0 (ICND1) certification in April 2019 from the same institution. Sylwester also completed the Agile Project Management certification from Invictus Training in December 2018, and the Dante Certification Level 1 from Audinate in November 2018. Additionally, they obtained the PMI Project Management certification from Invictus Training in November 2018.
