Michał Piskorski has over 15 years of professional experience in various roles in the field of television, theater, and production management. Michał began their career in 2005 as a Director of Photography, Cameraman, and Lighting Designer at TVP Polish Television. In 2012, they served as the Director at the Mazovia Culture Association. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Production Manager at KOSMOS Production, overseeing projects such as web series and commercials. Michał then became a Lighting Designer at multiple theaters, including Teatr Miejski w Lesznie, Śródmiejski Teatr Muzyczny, Teatr Palladium, and Teatr Studio im. Stanisława Ignacego Witkiewicza between 2016 and 2019. Most recently, in 2020, they worked as a Lighting Designer at Scena Relax.
Michał Piskorski's education history starts with their attendance at the State High School of Visual Arts in Gdynia-Orłowo from 1996 to 2001. During this time, they pursued a degree in Artistic Photography and earned a diploma in the field. Following this, they enrolled at the Lodz Film School (PWSFTviT) from 2001 to 2005. At the film school, Michał studied Cinematography and Television Production, specifically focusing on Direction of Photography for Film and Television. Michał successfully completed the program and obtained a Master of Arts degree in the mentioned field.
