Paola Segura

Paola Segura is an experienced professional in product development and fashion design, currently serving as the Product Development and Production Manager at TELFAR since July 2020. Paola previously held the position of Lead Fashion Design Consultant at CALA, where responsibilities included designing garments and mediating between designers and production teams. Prior roles include Collection Development Assistant at TELFAR and Design Assistant at Gypsy Sport, contributing to prototype development and seasonal garment production. Additionally, Paola gained valuable experience as a Buyer at Beacon's Closet, Inc., and held various production roles at American Apparel. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Design from Parsons School of Design, along with multiple associate degrees in Fashion/Apparel Design and Fine/Studio Arts from The Altos de Chavon School of Design, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University.
