Dania Ismail

Dania Ismail is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Telfaz11 since August 2018, Dania also co-founded Jusoor in June 2011, an NGO dedicated to creating educational and career opportunities for Syrian youth, having successfully placed over 500 students in accredited universities and supported more than 150 entrepreneurs through various programs. Previous roles include founding Third Eye Agency, a music and events management firm, and serving as Strategy and Business Development Manager for the Middle East Broadcasting Corp, where Dania formulated strategic plans and managed significant investment projects. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Media and Communication from Goldsmiths, University of London, and executive education at Harvard Business School.
