Milton Gonzalez

Milton is the Vice President of Business Development for TelForce Group based in Quito, Ecuador. He identifies new clients in Central America, Latin American and the Caribbean. Milton will be focusing on providing business development for staffing solutions in CALA and the Caribbean. TelForce Group has a worldwide reach and will continue to efficiently merge in the Latin America and Caribbean markets through the development of long-term, tailor-made strategies for landline, CATV, power and cellular companies in the region. He’s responsible for introducing the TelForce brand in the market and business development in the region by creating long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. He manages the cycle from creating the opportunity to maintaining and growing the business throughout the region.

Milton came to TelForce with 13 years of Business Development experience and knowledge in the Latin America and the Caribbean markets.
