Ron Deese

Ron Deese is the founder and president of TelForce Group. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on staffing and human capital. Prior to founding TelForce Group, Ron was the vice president of professional services and the founder of the professional services division at AFL Telecommunications. In this role, they grew the division from $0 to $23 million in just four years. Ron also led the search team for mergers and acquisitions for AFL Telecommunications, negotiating with 19 companies before closing the deal.
