Mark Bates

Mark Bates is currently an Aviation Engineering lecturer at Telford College. Prior to that, Mark worked as an Engineering Assessor/Academy Lead at In-Comm Training and Business Services and as a JNCO at the UK Ministry of Defence. Mark also served as an Engineer welder and fabricator in the British Army. With a background in military engineering, Mark has experience in mentoring and training soldiers in welding, fabrication, and engineering roles. Mark's educational background includes studies at Shrewsbury Sixth Form College and The Priory School in Shrewsbury.
