Elena Hartland

Elena Hartland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and analytics delivery, currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics Delivery at Telia since January 2023. Elena leads a cross-functional team within the SAFe framework, focusing on timely and high-quality delivery of data analytics products. Prior to this role, Elena was the Business Intelligence Team Lead at Daniel Wellington, where responsibilities included collaborating with stakeholders to develop a data and analytics roadmap, improving reporting solutions, and mentoring team members. Elena's experience spans various roles in business intelligence and analytics across notable organizations, including Parexel, The University of Nottingham, and De Montfort University. With a BA in Management Studies and Economics from the University of Leicester and a PGCert in Higher Education Administration, Management, and Leadership from Nottingham Trent University, Elena possesses a strong educational foundation to complement a robust career.
