Emma Mersmann

Emma Mersmann is an experienced professional in IT delivery and operations, currently serving as the Head of IT Delivery & Operations B2B Sweden and previously as Transformation Delivery Manager B2C Sweden at Telia since November 2019. Prior to Telia, Emma held various roles at Capgemini Invent from June 2015 to November 2019, including Senior Manager and Managing Consultant. Additional experience includes a position as Business Consultant at Agree2 Sweden AB and Project Manager for Market Entry & Business Development at the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Business and Administration from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration from both Uppsala University and Maastricht University. Early education was completed at Staples High School in Westport, CT, USA.
