Helena Eliasson

Helena Eliasson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, people strategy, and business control within the telecommunications industry, primarily at Telia since 2008. In various leadership roles, including Change & Transformation Lead and Vice President of Group HR People Solutions, Helena has successfully implemented digital HR initiatives and led significant transformation programs. Previous positions held include leading business control and sales support for TeliaSonera's Nordic operations and managing financial analysis and governance models for large customer accounts. Helena holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
