Jelena Paplauskiene

Jelena Paplauskiene currently serves as the Head of SAP Transformation Delivery at Telia since May 2023. With a robust background in project management, Jelena has been an IT Project Manager at Outokumpu since April 2017, overseeing various projects. Prior to this, Jelena worked at Omnitel from July 1997 to March 2017 in multiple roles, including Project Manager, responsible for internal customer requirements, change management, and project delivery, as well as serving as a customer services specialist in the Data Network department, focusing on internet services sales and lease line services accounting.
