Juha Luopa

Juha Luopa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and product management within the telecommunications sector, specifically at Telia since January 2006. Currently serving as a Senior Business Development Manager for Digital Channels, Juha focuses on enhancing self-service channels to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Previous roles include Global Product Manager for Security Services, overseeing Internet Security for both B2C and B2B segments across the Nordic and Baltic regions, and Product Manager for Broadband Services, where Juha managed a variety of broadband solutions. Early career experience includes customer service roles at Sonera and as a participant in an international exchange program with SK Telecom. Juha holds a Master of Economic Sciences from the University of Vaasa, complemented by studies at Univerza v Mariboru.
