Shaikh Ahmed Shariff is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years in service delivery and management. Currently serving as an IT Service Manager for Security & Compliance at Telia since January 2019, Shaikh previously held various leadership roles at Cognizant, including Senior Manager for Service Delivery, where management of a global team across six client locations was a key responsibility.
