Lejda Selita

Lejda Selita is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Business Controller at Polarium since October 2021. Prior to this role, Lejda worked at Microsoft from June 2016 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Financial Controller for Partner Incentives in Western Europe, leading Cloud Solution Provider Incentives, and conducting operational expense controlling as a Financial Analyst. Lejda's earlier experience includes a position as a Financial Management & Control Specialist at Crédit Agricole Albania Bank, focusing on treasury activity monitoring, financial reporting, and budget preparation, as well as serving as an HR-controller, managing employment contracts and payroll-related responsibilities. Lejda holds a degree in Economic Informatics from the University of Tirana, completed between 2007 and 2011.
