Daina Veckyte

Daina Veckyte has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Daina is currently the Head of Finance at Telia since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sandoz, where they held multiple positions including Head StratPlan Financials & Capital investments from February 2019 to July 2022, Head of Finance UK & Ireland from March 2015 to July 2022, CFO Baltics from May 2013 to February 2015, and CFO & Compliance Officer Baltics from August 2007 to May 2013. Before joining Sandoz, Daina worked at Kraft Foods as the Manager Sales Strategy & Planning Baltics from July 2005 to August 2007 and as the Sales Controlling Manager CEEMA at Vienna HQ from April 2001 to July 2005. Daina began their career at Philip Morris as an International Auditor in Munich/London from March 1998 to April 2001 and previously worked at Kraft Foods as a Project Manager MFG Pro in Lithuania from March 1997 to February 1998, and as an Internal Controls Manager in Lithuania from August 1995 to March 1997.

Daina Veckyte obtained an MBA in Economics from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas from 1990 to 1996.
