Peter Lav

Peter Lav has extensive work experience in the legal field. Peter began their career as a Law Clerk at the Stockholm District Court from 1994 to 1996. Peter then worked as an Associate at Lindskog Malmström Advokatbyrå from 1996 to 2000.

In 2000, Peter joined Telia as a Corporate Legal Counsel, providing legal support to various countries. Peter later became the General Counsel for TeliaSonera International Carrier, overseeing a team of lawyers and handling legal matters for multiple international companies.

Peter went on to hold several leadership positions within Telia, including Acting Head of Legal Region Eurasia and Head of Legal Affairs for Region Eurasia. In these roles, they managed legal departments in multiple countries and was responsible for legal operations in the region.

Most recently, Peter served as the Vice President and Head of Practice Group M&A and Finance at Telia before becoming the Head of Enterprise Legal Affairs at Telia Sverige AB in 2021. In their current role, they lead a team of lawyers and is responsible for providing legal services to Telia Sweden's B2B operations.

Peter Lav obtained a High School Diploma from Gainesville High School, Gainesville, Florida, U.S.A. in 1985. Peter pursued further studies in law, completing a Bachelor of Laws (LLM) degree in Commercial Law and Tort from Uppsala University between 1989 and 2003. Additionally, they also attained a second LLM degree in European Law and Comparative Law from Maastricht University from 1993 to 1994.
