Edi Siswanto has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Edi started their career in 1997 at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, where they served as a Senior Officer Network Planning for 12 years. Edi then joined Qatar Telecom in 2008 as a Senior Engineer Network Architecture and later became a Senior Engineer Network Development. In 2012, Edi joined Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) as a Manager Network Planning and Development, and subsequently held positions as GM Service Configuration & Provisioning and VP Infrastructure Planning & Development. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Customer Service Operations at Telin.

Edi Siswanto earned a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from RMIT University from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Undergraduate degree in Telecommunication Engineering at STTTelkom (Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telekomunikasi) from 1991 to 1995.
