Emmanuel Nugraha, CAC, CHRMP, is a seasoned Human Capital professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, capability development, and career management at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since April 2013. Previously serving as HC Capital System & Policy Manager, Emmanuel managed compensation and benefits analysis, and played a pivotal role in new business setups. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at iris worldwide and Human Resources - Organization Development at PT Ithaca Resources (SALIM GROUP), where responsibilities included strategic staffing, organizational development, industrial relations, and recruitment management.
