Miranti Maria M has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving in multiple roles including Product & Commercial Legal and Account Team Management at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since February 2016. Prior to this, Miranti worked at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk from January 2010 to February 2016, where responsibilities included Customer Experience and Enterprise Account Management, notably leading the Telkom Service Excellence Program for the Enterprise & Government Segment. Miranti holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute Technology of Bandung (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Law (SH) from Universitas Katholik Parahyangan (2003-2007).
