Muthia Nurul Huda

Muthia Nurul Huda is an experienced Human Capital professional currently serving as HC Operation Manager at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since June 2019, overseeing end-to-end operations in Human Capital Management. Previous roles include Talent Management Senior Officer at Telkom Indonesia, where Muthia was responsible for developing and implementing a new Talent Management System, and various positions at Telin, including HC Strategy Senior Officer and HC System & Policy Senior Officer. Muthia’s earlier experience includes serving as HR Learning and Development Senior Officer at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International and contributing to organization development and human resources at Toyota Astra Motor. Muthia holds an MBA from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Telkom University.
