Zein Nofiandi is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since July 2013. Throughout a diverse career at Telin, Zein has held various positions including Marketing Strategy & Research Manager, Senior Marketing Content & Communication Channel, and Marketing Research roles.
