Frank Poelert

Frank Poelert has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and service management. Currently serving as Configuration Manager at Telindus Nederland since August 2014, Frank is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database, which supports the company's customer services. Previously, Frank held positions as Business Intelligence Developer and Process Manager, where skills in ITIL process implementation and BI solutions development were applied. Prior to Telindus, Frank was an Infrastructure Manager at OpenText, managing virtual datacenters after the acquisition of Cordys, where a strong focus was placed on architecting and maintaining virtual infrastructure. Frank's early career at Cordys included roles as Infrastructure Manager and Application Administrator, emphasizing system and storage administration, along with technical management of critical business applications.
