Daniel Mauricio Lozano Guzman

Daniel Mauricio Lozano Guzman is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in voice operations and network management. Currently serving as Voice Operator Manager at Telintel since February 2021, Daniel has successfully implemented a Telephony Switch based on FreeSwitch and integrated it with the ALARIS Billing System, along with developing solutions for robocall mitigation. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Gerente Colombia at ENIKMA SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS SAS from January 2016 to December 2022, where efforts focused on implementing VoIP solutions and developing voice interconnections across LATAM and the USA. Daniel's career began as a NOC Engineer at Telintel from November 2001 to January 2016, establishing VoIP networks and local Cisco gateways in various countries. Daniel holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and Communications from Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia.
