Bao Nguyen

Bao Nguyen is a seasoned technical architect currently working at Telio since May 2021, where responsibilities include collaboration with product and cross-functional teams to define new features and refactoring legacy code. Previously, as a lead engineer, Bao successfully transitioned an internal HCM team from outsourcing, overseeing hiring and management. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Integration Software Engineer with VDC, focusing on a home loan product for NAB, and software engineering roles at CXA Group and Ventuso LLC, involving payment services and system design. Earlier experience includes a technical lead role at FimPlus Digital, where Bao managed a development team and implemented database structures and payment integrations. Educational qualifications encompass an Engineer’s Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
