Ciprian Marius Bujor

Ciprian Marius Bujor has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant Financiar at NN, where they were responsible for managing sales, recruiting and training financial advisors, and expanding the client portfolio. Ciprian Marius later became a Unit Manager at NN, restructuring non-performing sales teams and developing managers to take over these teams.

In 2015, they briefly worked as a Commercial Director at CROSSPOINT Investment Banking & Real Estate.

From 2017 to 2018, Ciprian served as an Agency Executive & Innovation Champion at MetLife, where they supported the development of Unit Managers and Agency Leaders, delivered training programs, and coordinated the recruitment and training processes. Ciprian Marius also set up and coordinated the innovation team.

From 2018 to 2020, they were a Business Development Coordinator at Marsh Romania, responsible for coordinating agency activities, budget planning, and achieving monthly and yearly budgets.

From 2014 to 2021, they held the position of Editor In Chief at Extra Publishing, overseeing editorial operations.

Ciprian Marius also worked as a Sales Director at Nemira Publishing House from 2020 to 2021.

In 2013, Ciprian joined Learning Society / Outgrow as a Training manager / Profiler / Sales / Intelligence consultant. Ciprian Marius specialized in body language, micro-expressions, communication, and lie detection. Ciprian Marius also delivered a unique program to clients for application in recruitment, sales, and negotiations.

In 2021, they took on additional roles as a Redactor at Asociatia Redescopera Istoria and a Popular Investor at eToro.

Most recently, in 2021, Ciprian became the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Telios Care.

Ciprian Marius Bujor's education history is as follows:

Ciprian completed their Bachelor's degree in Relatii Economice Internationale (International Economic Relations) from Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti (Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest) from 2010 to 2013.

Ciprian Marius then pursued a Master's degree in Intelligence, Management of Classified Information from Academia Nationala de Informatii din Bucuresti (National Academy of Intelligence Bucharest) between 2006 and 2008.

In 2005, Ciprian attended the Business and Communication Research Center at the Academia Britanica de Afaceri si Comunicare (British Academy of Business and Communication) for the Business Europe 2007 program in Management and Business Administration.

Previously, they obtained a Master's degree in European Public Administration, European Studies Centre from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iasi (Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi) from 2003 to 2005.

Ciprian also holds a Bachelor's degree in History, which they achieved from the same university, Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iasi, from 1999 to 2003.

Before their university education, they completed their Bacalaureat (High School Diploma) education at Liceul Teoretic Vasile Alecsandri (Vasile Alecsandri Theoretical High School) from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Ciprian Marius Bujor has obtained various certifications.
