Ikhwan Theo is currently serving as Human Resources Staffing at PT. TELKOM AKSES since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ikhwan Theo completed a Human Resources Internship at Telkom Indonesia from June 2023 to July 2024. Alongside professional experience, Ikhwan Theo is pursuing a Gelar Sarjana degree in Komunikasi Hubungan Masyarakat at Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta, expected to graduate in 2025.
