Ahmad Firdausi

Ahmad Firdausi currently serves as the Head of IT Big Data and Analytics at Telkomsel, having been with the company since September 2014. Previously, Ahmad held the position of Senior Information Architect at IBM Global Business Services from October 2009 to September 2014, where a significant achievement included developing a solution for one of Indonesia's largest telecom operators. Ahmad's earlier experience includes serving as a BI/DWH Architect at Trendcom International, where notable accomplishments involved leading a team to successfully upgrade a Very Large Database Datawarehouse and managing a project for Indonesia's largest CDMA operator. Additionally, Ahmad held roles as Project Lead and Manager at PT. Mobile-8 Telecom, overseeing the development of a Supply Chain Management system and an enterprise reporting system. Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Information in Information Technology from Western Sydney University.
