Arif Andi Nugroho has an extensive background in ICT security and management with over 19 years of experience, primarily at Telkomsel, where roles have included Security Monitoring and Observability Platform Manager, Identity and Access Management Manager, ICT Security Governance and Compliance Manager, and Data Center Facilities Engineer. Previous experience includes work as a Network Engineer at PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus and a Web Programmer at PT. Indoexim Global Media. Arif is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management at Purdue Global and a Magister Management in Human Resources Management at Sahid Jakarta University, following a Bachelor's Degree in Management from UPB and a high school diploma in Information Technology from SMK Telkom Malang.
