Hillary Pasaribu

Hillary Pasaribu is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service performance management and system analysis. Since October 2016, Hillary has held various roles at Telkomsel, currently serving as Officer IT Service Performance Management, focusing on anomaly detection, reporting, generating insights, and managing team support. Prior roles at Telkomsel included responsibilities in CRM systems, project management, and ensuring service level agreements (SLA) are met. Hillary's prior experience includes working as a Product Owner and System Analyst at PT Harmonix Teknologi Peentar and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Indonesia, engaging in academic support and system design projects. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Indonesia.
