Isti Ayu Sofiyanti has extensive experience in the telecommunications and banking sectors, currently serving as an Advisor for the Counseling Pillar Committee for Woman@Telkomsel and holding various managerial roles at Telkomsel since 2007, including Manager for Retail and Digital Native Account Management, ICT and Digital Native Account Management, and Banking and Financial Account Management, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Isti has also led IoT Product & Partnership Management initiatives, aiming to enhance business productivity in the context of Industry 4.0. Prior to Telkomsel, experience includes corporate sales at Bank Mega and account executive roles at Creasionbrand. Educational qualifications include a Master of Disruptive Innovation and an MBA, both from Hult International Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
