Prillita Sarah Lutfianty

Prillita Sarah Lutfianty currently works at Telkomsel in the Learning Design department, focusing on developing learning policies and employee development programs. Previous experience includes serving as Secretary to the Vice President of People Management Strategy & People Development Group at Telkomsel and holding roles in policy alignment and general affairs at various organizations. Prillita has also worked as a Document Controller and Archivist, managing records and archives for different companies. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Record and Archive Management from the University of Indonesia and ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at BINUS University. Prillita's leadership and organizational skills were demonstrated through roles in student organizations, including serving as Head of the Financial Bureau and Vice Project Officer for various events.
