Tulus Hamdani has over a decade of experience in IT, currently serving as an Officer in IT Problem Management at Telkomsel since November 2012. Tulus has held various positions within the company, including Supervisor for IT Broadband and Core Service Monitoring Center, and roles focused on Service Support, Quality Assurance, and System Integration Testing Management.
