W Aufa Fidhuha has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily with Telkomsel since August 2005, where roles have included GTM Partner Solutions Management, Business Development, and Business Incubation. W Aufa has played a pivotal role in the Tinc Program, fostering startup engagement and collaboration within the digital ecosystem. Leadership positions include heading the start-up accelerator at Telkomsel Ventures and directing the Tinc Program, focusing on innovation and mentorship for emerging businesses. Previous positions at Xerindo Teknologi, Indosat Ooredoo, PT. Maseir Control, and Arafura Indo Teknik provided a solid foundation in engineering and sales. W Aufa holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Brawijaya.
