Zainal Arifin

Zainal Arifin is an experienced engineer specializing in network operations and cloud infrastructure, currently employed at Telkomsel since January 2012. In various roles, including Engineer Network Operations & Productivity and Engineer Cloud Infrastructure and Digital Services, Zainal has effectively managed and maintained a range of telecom systems such as SDN, NFVI, and data centers, demonstrating expertise in performance monitoring and compliance with ISO 27001 standards. Previous positions as Supervisor Core Network Operation in multiple locations included handling customer complaints and overseeing core network systems. Zainal's technical proficiency is complemented by participation in a Transformational Expert Development program focused on DevOps practices, including Linux administration and cloud computing. A graduate of Institut Teknologi Telkom with a Bachelor's degree in Teknik Telekomunikasi, Zainal also gained experience at Dimension Data early in his career.
