Bridget Donofrio

Bridget Donofrio has extensive work experience in technical writing and instructional design. From 2014, they have been working at Telkonet Inc., where they function as an Instructional Designer, Technical Writer, and Marketing Content Developer. In this role, they are responsible for breaking down complex technical concepts into clear and engaging content. Bridget uses Madcap Flare to write and maintain installation and operation manuals.

Prior to their current role, Bridget worked at Guaranty Bank FSB for nine years, from 2000 to 2009. Bridget served as a Technical Writer and Knowledge Analyst during this time, writing user manuals for Fiserv UniFi PRO Mortgage software. Additionally, they were involved in training activities.

Bridget Donofrio has obtained credits toward a Masters Program in Library Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In September 2020, they obtained a certification in Critical Thinking from LinkedIn.
