Karen Leos

Karen Leos has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Sales & Professional Services at Tellabs since July 2002. In this role, Karen has advanced through various leadership positions, including Vice President of Services, Director of Services, Senior Manager of Technical Services, and Manager of Global Tools and Metrics. Prior to this, Karen worked as an HR Specialist at Metera Networks from 2000 to 2001. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce, earned between 1996 and 2000.
