Rich Schroder

Rich Schroder is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Since November 2004, Rich has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Tellabs, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations encompassing Product Line Management, Research and Development, Operations, Customer Service, and IT. Prior to this, Rich served as VP & GM Access at Tellabs, managing Telco Sales and various operational facets. Additional experience includes roles as VP Engineering at AFC, VP Access Business Unit at Marconi, Senior Director of Switching Product Development at DSC, and Manager of Product Development at Siemens Enterprise Communications.
