Keijo Karjalainen

Keijo Karjalainen has a strong background in leadership and strategy. Keijo currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Tellent, The People Growth Collective since 2022. Prior to this, Keijo was the Founder and Executive Board Member of Sympa from 2005 to 2022, where they also held the positions of CEO and CTO. During their time at Sympa, they focused on empowering organizations through the use of a fully integrable cloud-based HR system. Additionally, Keijo has experience as a Member of the Board at Heeros from 2016 to 2023.

Keijo Karjalainen pursued their education from 1999 to 2006 at LUT University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Technology degree with a specialization in Information Technology.
