Michelle Ginman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michelle started their career as a Management Trainee at Dunraven Arms Hotel, where they gained knowledge about various hotel departments and learned how to handle challenging situations with customers. Michelle then worked as a Customer Service Specialist in the Platinum Travel Lifestyle Team at American Express, providing high-end, customized service to Platinum card holders. After that, they joined Habitator as an Event Coordinator, where they marketed, sold, and organized small- and medium-sized events for both commercial and private clients.

Michelle then transitioned into the marketing field, starting as a Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant - Airport IT at Amadeus and later becoming a Marketing Specialist and Marketing Executive at the same company. During their tenure at Amadeus, they gained experience in marketing strategy and execution. Michelle then joined MIcompany as a Marketing Manager and also held the same role at GAIn® - The Global AI Network, an initiative of MIcompany.
