Aaron Hale

Aaron Hale is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Tellepsen since July 2025, Aaron has held similar positions at Rogers-O'Brien Construction and Broaddus Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing business development and marketing initiatives. With a robust background as Regional Business Development Manager at Bartlett Cocke General Contractors, Aaron has contributed to notable projects, such as the $35 million Cedar Bayou Infrastructure Project. Past roles also include Project Manager at O'Donnell/Snider Construction, where Aaron successfully managed various projects across different budgets. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Angelo State University and an Associate’s degree in Communications from Arizona Western College.
