Denise Machado

Denise Machado has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2015 when they were an Administrative Assistant at TTE-Teixeira Tech Energy. Denise then moved on to a Research Fellow, Development and prototype role at Universidade de Aveiro in 2017, where they worked on the project "Smart Green Homes" and developed and prototyped graphene-based sensors. In 2020, Denise joined Deloitte as a Software Developer and Junior Software Developer. Currently, Denise is a Software Engineer at Telleroo, a position they began in 2022.

Denise Machado has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they obtained a Code Cadet certification from Academia de Código. In 2014-2016, they earned their Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Systems from Universidade de Aveiro. From 2011-2014, they earned their Licentiate degree in Renewable Energy from Universidade dos Açores. Lastly, they obtained their Licentiate degree in Audiology/Audiologist from ESS Porto in 2006-2010. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications in Computer Science 101 from Stanford University in 2019, Training of Trainers - CCP from ENA - Escola de Negócios e Administração in 2019, and Quality Management Systems from Forseguro in 2015.
