Neal Cohen

Neal Cohen is the current Vice President of State Health Solutions at Telligen. Neal has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in behavioral health and provider relations.

Cohen began their career at Cigna in 1995 as a Provider Relations Manager. Neal was promoted to Assistant Director and then Director of Provider Relations over their 10-year tenure. In 2008, they became Vice President of EAP & Behavioral Operations, overseeing integrated healthcare operations. Neal left Cigna in 2012 to become Vice President of Clinical Care at Magellan Health. There, they lead behavioral health clinical operations for Magellan Health's employer and healthplan customers. In 2019, they left Magellan Health to join Quartet Health as a Senior Relationship Executive. Neal oversaw network operations for Magellan Health and its affiliated businesses before leaving Quartet Health in 2020 to join Telligen.
